Do anti barking collars work? If so any good brands you can recommend?

Can anyone tell me (from experience) if the anti barking collars really work. Also, can you recommend a good anti bark collar brand? Thank you for any help.

Absolutely invaluable as a training tool for dogs. Check Cabela’s catalog or online. Good products.

Make sure you don’t skimp and get a cheap one. We did and our dog just barked anyway :o (

The once that shoot Citronella when your dog starts barking. He doesn’t like the scent. It’s the safest product out there. Don’t remember what brand mine is.
There available at most Pet Stores

Yes, but be aware that most of them work by giving your dog a small shock when they bark.

I can’t help you as far as brands though.

I have tried a few but the problem is always that a dog learns how to bark around them. My dog would learn that after 3 barks within 10 seconds she would get a corrective shock. so she would bark 2 times then wait, then another 2 and continue seemingly forever. If there are collers out there that continue to change the number of barks before they get a shock then try it. But if not don’t waist your money.
